Once we receive your completed documents, Fairfax Cryobank will arrange the shipment with FCLV. Shipments are sent via Priority overnight service, and the cost is $395. After the transfer of your specimens to Fairfax Cryobank, you will receive an email notification with confirmation of receipt. Discounted shipping options may be available and you can contact Fairfax Cryobank for additional information.

Fairfax Cryobank will coordinate the transfer of your specimens from your current storage facility to the local Fairfax Cryobank facility located in Pasadena, CA.
