Free Transfer and First Month of Storage (Over $500 savings)
There is no charge for the transport of your specimens from Pozitivf Fertility to Fairfax Cryobank, or for the first month of storage. Once your specimens have been safely transported, you will receive a notification via email with an easy link to pay your storage fee online.

Complete the Fairfax Cryobank storage agreement and forms below for the specimens you currently have in storage.

Fairfax Cryobank will coordinate the transfer of your specimens from your current storage facility to the local Fairfax Cryobank facility located in Austin, TX.

Once your specimens have arrived at Fairfax Cryobank, you will receive a notification with your Fairfax Cryobank account number.
