“With each new chapter in our lives we
learn to be thankful for different things. In the last couple of weeks
Cruze has developed so much- his little personality and capabilities are
really coming to life! With this, I can’t help but to think of the
donor. Taylor and I tend to shy away from talking about him to others
because we don’t want to take away from the fact that WE are Cruze’s
parents- but the truth of the matter is, we wouldn’t have been able to
do any of this without him. He donated knowing that he would help others
create a family who otherwise wouldn’t have been able to. And did so,
with the understanding that he would never be acknowledged. We are
