“Having a family of our own was always a dream for us. Being a same-sex couple, we often worried if we could ever have a “normal” family. My wife and I would spend hours discussing when and how we were going to create our family. Once we knew that we wanted to have the experience of pregnancy we turned to the Internet to help us find the perfect donor. A quick Google search showed us dozens of possible cryobanks we could choose from. After looking at quite of few of them, it was clear that Fairfax Cryobank was far superior to any of the other possibilities. We were drawn to the seemingly limitless amount of options and how easy it was to navigate the website. Fairfax offered a comprehensive experience all while giving us the feeling that we were in control. The FaceMatch feature allowed us to choose a donor that resembled my wife so there was a chance our future children could have physical qualities of either one of us. Fairfax provided us with more genetic information and family history then we know about each other. When ordering, the representatives were our first cheerleaders. They made the process simple and exciting. We will always be grateful to Fairfax for helping us make a dream come true.

In 2015, we had the privilege of meeting up with Fairfax. They flew down to meet us and interviewed us about the IVF process and our journey as a couple. Since meeting Fairfax there have been many changes to our family. In 2016, we welcomed our son Emry to the world. He is now 3 1/2 and a new big brother! On November 22, we welcomed a twin boy and girl making us a family of five! All 3 of our children were conceived threw IVF with donor sperm from Fairfax Cryobank. I carried Emry, and my wife carried the twins, Beckett and Ainslee. All 3 of our children are biologically related to the same sperm and eggs. Our family now feels complete. We can’t thank Fairfax enough for helping us make a dream come true and for making what can be a very stressful time, simple and easy.”
